- Help students meet the requirement of passing GEPT high-intermediate level test, or its equivalents, like TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, on reading and listening (CEFR B2-C1).

- Mid-term+ final: 40%
- Attendance+ classroom performance + bonus oral presentation: 20% (2% deduction for each absence or extreme tardiness; extra points added for a well-prepared group oral presentation; classroom discussions will be observed and graded.)
- Quizzes + questionnaire: 25%
- 112學年度後測成績佔學期總成績15%；將決定同學是否通過英語畢業門檻。
